In Eastern Africa there is an increasing need for specific orthopaedic services. SROF strives to extend orthopaedic services in the developing countries of Eastern Africa in general and Kenya in particular. The main goal of SROF is the establishment and operation of the Rafiki Orthopaedic and Rehabilitation Centre (RORC) in Kenya.
